Proven Track Record

Turning Ideas
into Impact
Created NATO’s first defence innovation accelerator, resulting in a deep tech ecosystem spanning 32 allied nations to drive breakthroughs in AI, robotics, advanced sensing, and quantum computing.
Conceived, structured, and launched the world’s first multi-nation venture fund for security and dual-use technology, unlocking investment in next-generation defense capabilities.
Before our team stepped in, NATO had no AI strategy. Now, it’s setting the global standard. We wrote NATO’s first AI Strategy and the world’s first AI Principles for Responsible Use, now shaping AI governance globally.
Ran Unified Vision, a multinational intelligence program across three continents, 2,000+ personnel, and cutting-edge tech. It pioneered blockchain-style intelligence sharing, securing $20 million to scale the model.
Developed new policies and investment priorities for countering drone threats, influencing security strategies across 32 nations.
Led the development of NATO’s multi-billion-dollar next-generation surveillance program, replacing aging systems with cutting-edge technology to enhance global threat detection and security monitoring.
Developed the business case and secured funding for NATO’s next-generation intelligence and early-warning systems, enabling allies to respond more effectively to global threats.

For Governments and Policymakers

For Corporates and Investors
Advised venture funds and institutional investors on deploying capital into security, dual-use, and resilience tech while navigating government procurement and classified projects.
Worked with Fortune 500 executives to integrate geopolitical and technological shifts into business strategy, positioning them ahead of disruption.
Advised AI, Drones, and Technology Firms on how to translate commercial R&D into national security applications, securing government contracts.
Six months before deployment, nobody thought drones could change battlefield operations. We proved them wrong. Our team led the first drone deployment in Afghanistan, redefining how Drones were used in conflict zones and earning the UK Meritorious Medal for innovation.
Helped startups align with government needs, navigate procurement, and secure contracts in defence and resilience markets.
Connected frontier startups with key decision-makers in NATO and national security agencies, ensuring rapid deployment of emerging technology.

ROB MURRAY
Our Founder
Rob Murray has shaped the future of security, finance, and defense from the battlefield to the boardroom to NATO headquarters.
A high school dropout
But undeterred he joined the Royal Air Force at 17 with no qualifications and, after two years, was accepted into Britain’s Royal Military Academy Sandhurst—but not before enduring Rowallan Company, the military’s toughest officer selection program.
Rowallan wasn’t just a training course—it was designed to break candidates mentally and physically, then rebuild them as adaptable leaders. Fourteen weeks of sleep deprivation, relentless problem-solving, and extreme physical endurance. Survive. Adapt. Lead.
Thriving
That experience shaped everything RowCo stands for today—thriving in uncertainty, taking action before others see the challenge, and rejecting no-win scenarios.
Looking round corners
Rob’s career spans the British Army, NATO, academia, and corporate leadership, where he has advised governments, Fortune 500 companies, and investors on how to anticipate disruption, integrate emerging technologies, and capitalise on geopolitical change.
He didn’t just create the Defence, Security, and Resilience Bank—he’s redefining how nations finance their security.
No longer a school dropout!
He studied/worked at. Johns Hopkins University, University of Chicago, Imperial College London, British Army, NATO, Saab, Atlantic Council.
